A. Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

  • Canada: 1-5 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you didn’t get one, check your spam folder or reach out to us.


B. Sizing & Products

How do the hoodies fit?

All hoodies are unisex and run true to size.
If you want a more relaxed/oversized fit, go up one size.

Do you offer youth sizing?

Yes! Many Coach Chippy hoodies come in both Adult and Youth sizes. Check the product page for availability.

What are the garments made of?

Product pages will list materials.


C. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at orders@teamltd.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error (wrong item, defective item).
